Angel Mangaser earned her masters of law degree from the University of Michigan. She obtained her law degree from Ateneo de Manila University, graduating top of her class, and her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of the Philippines, graduating cum laude. She has over 15 years of experience in civil litigation as an attorney in California and the Philippines.
