A civil litigation attorney since 1987, he has 38 years of experience handling workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security Disability, and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Schiavone is admitted to practice in Ohio (1987), California (1990), and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. He earned his B.A. from Youngstown State University in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1987. He is a member of ABOTA and holds a 2003 certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute.
